Scarlett Johansson are the executive producers. The Whale tells the true story of Luna, the young whale who once lived in Nootka Sound on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Reworking the 2007 documentary Saving Luna, by B.C. filmmakers Suzanne Chisholm and Michael Parfit.
