Hot Spots
Burdwood is located at the entrance to Nootka Sound. The opposite side is Friendly Cove. You can catch some
large salmon and
bottom fish in this area, but like all areas, you need to be aware of the fishing regulations. Starting your morning off at
Camel Rock or
San Carlos is often a good plan. If the weather report is good, you can up Hanna Channel and turn right for a comfortable run to Burdwood Pt.
